Our Story
Franco’s Pasta began not just with a love for Italian food—but with a challenge.
We’re Peter & Nancy, a brother and sister duo who grew up loving pasta but couldn’t enjoy it. For years, we struggled with stomach issues and were told to avoid pasta altogether. We tried everything—diets, substitutes, gluten-free blends—but nothing truly satisfied us… until an unexpected discovery in Italy changed everything.
While traveling through a small town in the Puglia region, we were introduced to pasta made with heritage Italian wheat—grown naturally, slowly milled, very slowly dried and easier to digest. We tried it… and for the first time in years, no stomach pain. Just pure joy.
That moment changed our lives.
We realized that it wasn’t pasta that was the problem — it was how modern wheat is processed. So we made it our mission to bring gentler, cleaner Italian wheat pasta to people like us — people who love pasta but want to feel good after eating it.
