Our Story
How it all began
We’re Pete & Nancy — a brother and sister duo raised on big bowls of spaghetti and meatballs… until pasta stopped loving us back.
For years, we dealt with stomach issues and heard the same thing: “maybe you should avoid pasta.”
Avoid pasta? Fuhgeddaboudit.
We tried everything — gluten-free, substitutes, all of it. Nothing tasted right. Nothing felt right… until Italy.
In a small town in Puglia, where nonnas still roll dough by hand, we discovered pasta made the old way — with heritage Italian wheat, slowly milled and gently dried.
We took a bite… and waited.
No pain. No heaviness. Just pure joy.
That moment changed everything.
It wasn’t pasta that was the problem — it was how it’s made today. So we made it our mission to bring it back the right way: simple, slow, and honest.
